2024 Pillars of Creation Stamps

The image on the stamp is a digitally colored depiction of the invisible bands of mid-infrared ight emitted by the Pilars of Creation.By assianing color to various infrared wavelenaths, the diaitized imaae allows us to see a landscape otherwise invisible to thehuman eve.
